About

This program is a 5-session enrichment program I created and led to inspire and educate about medicine, women’s health, and leadership!

Each session combines medical science (anatomy, mental health, career paths) with important skills (public speaking, self-reflection, time management, self-advocacy).

Participants will learn about the medical field and health careers, build confidence, create realistic goals and vision boards for their futures, and learn how to make a lasting impact. The program addresses menstrual cycle stigma, emotional resilience, and gender equity in medicine, giving girls the tools to care for their selves and pursue leadership in healthcare!
