Series Details
About
Welcome!
Pre-algebra is an important foundation to have in mathematics, and that is what this series will be covering. We will cover just about every unit included in Khan Academy, and will occasionally throw in some slightly more advanced material. This series is 5 weeks long, so it is more for those who seek to gain a quick understanding of pre-algebra (for instance, to do better during the next school year).
This series runs from Monday, March the 27th to Monday, April 24. It will include a presentation each meeting, a final exam at the end, and a Kahoot the week before! There will be a weekly required homework. Office hours are to be decided once the course starts, in orientation.
Note that this course is still being structured, so there may be minor differences to scheduling.
Prior to the final exam, office hour availability will be increased.
I hope you will enjoy this series!
✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY
Please make sure to attend every session. If you must miss a session, please write to me in advance and I'll see if we can schedule a catch-up session. If you have two or more unexcused abscesses, I will have to remove you from the series.

About the Tutor
Hello! I am Leonid, a 9th grader in Pennsylvania. My favorite subject is physics, and am currently taking Honors Physics at my high school. I am also enrolled in Precalculus with Trigonometry at school, and I am taking AP Calculus BC at AoPS. Additionally, I am taking C++ for this year, and have basic knowledge of Unity C#. Pre-algebra series starting late March! I am extremely excited to be here, and I hope to expand to other topics in the future.
