About

In this session, we will cover the process of cellular respiration on the introduction level, going through the entirety of the process on how organisms break down carbohydrates into energy. Fair warning: this is a relatively complex process and quite difficult to fully understand on the first go, so it's highly recommended to use this session as a thorough introduction into the concept while using other reviewing material (such as Khan Academy) to have a more solid and comprehensive understanding. :)

We will cover the process of cellular respiration, covering the basics and intricate process to produce viable energy for the cell. We will also cover anaerobic respiration---energy production in oxygen-lacking environments! As a prior warning, this is a fairly complex process even at the introductory level, so it's highly encouraged to treat this session as a thorough introduction. To gain a more comprehensive and structured understanding, please utilize sources such as Khan Academy :)
