About

Hi, my name is Tei, and I’m really excited to help you prepare for the SAT! I’ve spent a lot of time studying the exam and practicing strategies that make the Reading & Writing sections more approachable and even enjoyable. Over these four weeks, we’ll work through multiple practice tests and tackle real SAT problems together. You’ll be part of a small, supportive group where everyone helps each other improve and build confidence. I’m looking forward to making our sessions interactive and fun, and to getting to know each of you better!

My current digital SAT score: 1500 (710 RW, 790 Math)

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can!

Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

Hi there! My name is Tei and I’m excited to join the Schoolhouse community to connect with fellow learners and share knowledge. I'm really passionate about anything related to maths, physics, but also have a hidden passion for the humanities side. In my free time, I love to read, play basketball, research on random topics that catch my interest, and watch my favourite youtube channel: 3blue1brown. I've taken the Digital SAT, with a current score of 1500 and I am thinking of taking it again in September. I'd be happy to help out with anything related to Math (from Pre-Algebra to Calculus), Physics, Chemistry, or SAT Prep. Excited to be a tutor here at schoolhouse, and I look forward to seeing you in my sessions!

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.
