You'll discover just how amazing your body truly is—this class is all about understanding how it all fits (and works) together!
No prior knowledge is required. This is a beginner-friendly series that is open to everyone.

🧠 Your Body’s Blueprint (Anatomy & Physiology 101)
What are we made of? Why do we breathe, eat, and move without thinking? This class kicks off with the big questions! You'll learn the difference between what the body is (anatomy) and what it does (physiology), explore how tiny cells build entire body systems, and get to know your organs by name and job.

❤️ Go With the Flow (Heart & Lungs in Action)
Let’s take a deep breath and follow it on a journey! In this class, we’ll learn how the heart pumps and the lungs fill up with air—and how the two work as a team to deliver life-giving oxygen. You'll track the path of blood, discover what your pulse is telling you, and find out why breathing faster when you run isn’t just a coincidence. It’s all about flow!

🍔 Fuel Up! Digestion & Healthy Habits
Where does food go after you eat it? (Hint: It’s a wild ride!) In this tasty final class, we’ll follow a bite of food from your mouth to your stomach and beyond, learning how your body turns snacks into energy. You'll also build your own healthy meal and uncover how sleep, exercise, and hydration help your body run like a well-oiled machine.
