About

Hi, my name is Irina, and I’m really excited to help you prepare for the SAT! I’ve spent the past few years immersed in both the IB and AP programs, and I know how challenging, but also how rewarding, standardized testing can be. I want to help you break down tricky math problems into simple steps and build the strategies that actually work under timed pressure.

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can!

Hi! I’m a dedicated student with a strong interest in education and mentorship. I’m joining Schoolhouse to help students prepare for the SAT, especially by breaking down difficult concepts and building test-taking confidence. I know how overwhelming standardized tests can be, so I want to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and motivated to improve. To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.
