About

Participants will become History Detectives, exploring fascinating historical events, people, and places. Each session focuses on a different mystery or topic, with group discussions, problem-solving activities, and multimedia resources. Learners will develop critical thinking skills while deepening their love for history.

Hi! I’m Christopher, a high school sophomore passionate about learning, teaching, and helping others succeed. I’ve been tutoring through Schoolhouse.world since 8th grade, specializing in Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, History, and Computer Science. I also mentor other tutors as a Schoolhouse Tutors Host and serve as a Senior Tutor in Reading/Writing and Enrichment. ✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

To ensure a fun and productive learning environment, learners are expected to attend at least 80% of the sessions (minimum 13 out of 16 meetings). Because the camp builds on previous discussions and activities, consistent attendance is important for full participation and understanding. If a learner misses more than 3 sessions without prior notice or a valid reason, the camp leader reserves the right to withdraw the student to maintain group cohesion. Please notify the camp leader in advance if you need to miss a session.
