About

In a world full of noise, pressure, and distractions, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. This 5-session discussion-based series explores emotional intelligence, identity, and reflection — helping you slow down, listen inward, and better understand your own “inner operating system.” We’ll talk about things like: Why emotions are actually useful How tech affects your focus and mood What identity means beyond likes or labels No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to reflect. 🌀 Come as you are. Leave with more awareness of who you are becoming.

The Mind Is Not a Machine — So Why Do We Treat It Like One?
In this first session, we’ll explore how hustle culture and constant productivity can disconnect us from our inner lives. We’ll ask: Why do we treat our minds like machines — expecting constant output, focus, and speed? What happens when we don’t? Through reflection and discussion, we’ll begin to challenge the idea that our value is measured by how much we do. 🌀 This session is about slowing down, questioning what we’ve been taught, and reconnecting with what it means to just be.
