About

Hi! My name is Suvir, and I’m really excited to help you get ready for the SAT Reading & Writing section! This will be my second time running a bootcamp for this section, and I can’t wait to dive back in. I’ve always loved reading and writing—not just because they’re essential skills, but because I enjoy uncovering meaning in everything from literature and essays to news articles and even song lyrics. Whether it's analyzing tone, breaking down arguments, or spotting grammatical patterns, I find a lot of joy in the details.

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you’ll have completed multiple practice tests and worked through real SAT-style problems, building your confidence and sharpening your test-taking strategies. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working toward the SAT, so you can expect a collaborative, interactive environment where we all support each other’s growth.

Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other and create an engaging learning space! If you have a specific reason you can’t have your camera on, just let me know ahead of time.

To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.
