About
Pre-algebra is a stepping stone to Algebra I and other higher math courses. It gives you a strong foundation in algebraic thinking and problem-solving. This course helps you build confidence and prepares you for more complex math challenges.
Unlock the building blocks of math success by Preparing for Pre-Algebra! This session will be divided into five key math topics that will set you up for future mathematical adventures.
We'll start with factors and multiples—think of them as the building blocks and results of multiplication. Then, we'll discover patterns, finding the hidden rules in number sequences.
Next up are ratios and rates, which help us compare different things, and percentages, a way to talk about "parts of a whole." Lastly, we'll master the order of operations, a set of rules for solving math problems correctly every time. Let's make math easy and fun!
I DO GIVE ASSESSMENTS TO SEE WHAT YOU KNOW, AND THIS WILL HELP ME SEE WHERE WE NEED TO WORK ON.

Factors and multiples
Sat 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM UTCJul 12, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM UTC
WE WILL TELL EACH OTHER FAVORITE SUBJECTS.
We'll learn about factors and multiples today, including what they are and how to solve problems with them.
After our lesson, I'll give you an assessment to see what you've learned. This helps me understand what we might need to review.
If you miss a lot of questions on the quiz, we'll go over those tricky parts again in our next session.
