a) What is mental health?
b) Common teen challenges: anxiety, depression, stress, college applications, peer pressure
c) Stigma and its social effects (cultural barriers, peer pressure)
3) Interactive Discussion: Why don’t teens talk about mental health?
4) Presentation: How “behavioral/social hacking” can help overcome mental and physical issues & low self-esteem
