About

This isn’t your typical poetry workshop. No strict forms. No technical rules. No pressure to rhyme.
This is poetry as a path to the soul.

In Poetry for the Soul & Self-Awareness, we’ll explore:
• How words can help us heal, reflect, and feel seen.
• What it means to write from the heart, not just the head.
• How metaphor, voice, and vulnerability create connection.

Each week, we’ll dive into a theme like:
• Writing to Heal
• Metaphors & Meaning
• What Makes a Poem Feel Alive?
• Spoken Word: Voice of the Inner Self

You’ll write, share (only if you want to), and grow with others who believe in the magic of emotional honesty.

Whether you’ve never written a poem or you live and breathe poetry—this is your space.

Come as you are. Let your soul speak.
