About

Hey Everyone, In this series we'll be working through AP Calculus AB over the summer. My goal is to expose you to as much of the topics in the course as possible at a basic understanding, so when you go into class, you are already a little bit familiar with everything, and can spend more time focusing on the more complicated topics.

This is also great for BC students since most of the curriculum is the same except for some advanced integration techniques, Polars, and infinite series and sequences.

This series was requested by a specific learner, so it will officially start around June 20th, but the first 2 sessions will be 6/5 and 6/6 over review and unit 1, it won't be necessary to attend these sessions to understand the rest

If you have any questions while practicing on Khan Academy or somewhere similar feel free to bring them. I also plan on hosting some office hours between sessions as well.

There will be no required homework but I will try to create some short assessments so I can see if we need more time on a unit or if we can move on

Excited to learn with everyone!

I'm a sophomore majoring in Aerospace Engineering at UIUC . I love to tutor here and I love it when learners understand a concept that they have been struggling with. I know a lot of math ranging from pre-algebra to calculus, SAT/ACT, to advanced sciences such as chemistry and university physics with some brief knowledge on Quantum Physics and humanities topics such as economics. I am looking forward to learning with everyone.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Try to attend all sessions since they will likely build off of each other, but not necessary. I will try to provide some resources and review on Khan academy or come to office hours to catch up
