About

Ever wanted to improve your public speaking skills, become a better rational thinker, and collaborate more effectively? In Conundrums, we discuss the best way to solve moral dilemmas - similar to Dialogues, but as a group discussion. We’ll collaborate, not argue, and take part in conversations that matter. If a lake is polluted by a company, who in the company is to blame? How should we allocate a building when two people desperately want it? If you make a discovery while working at a company, should you have the rights to the discovery? These are just a few of the thought-provoking questions we’ll explore in Conundrums.

Hi there! You’ve reached the profile of a slightly insane person. If you’d like to stay unchanged, please leave. If you’d like to be pulled into a never-ending cycle of being mildly maniacal, please continue reading. I’m Vismai, a middle schooler from Arizona attending one of the top US schools. I'm happy to help people out, and happy to ask for help when I need it. I'm a Senior Tutor in R&W, and also tutor Computer Science, Pre-Algebra, Statistics, and Algebra 1. I'm also an intermediate peer reviewer. By the way, my name is pronounced "is my" with a "v" at the start - not that it's hard. I asked for some ideas on what to write, and one question was "What do you do in your free time?" Um, what's free time again? Just kidding (kind of). Jokes aside, I love Linguistics and Programming (both of which I have series for!) I'm also super into debate - I argue a lot, both in competitions and just for fun. On weekends, you can usually find me buried in some weird sci-fi book.
