Attendance Expectations:

Learners are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in activities.

Regular attendance is key to achieving the course’s learning objectives and progressing to an intermediate level.

Excused Absences:

If a learner cannot attend a session due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies), they should inform the instructor in advance and request access to any missed materials.

Making Up Missed Sessions: Learners who miss a session are responsible for reviewing the materials covered and completing any assignments or activities provided. Additional support may be offered during office hours or as requested. Consequences of Excessive Absences: Absences exceeding 25% of the course (approximately 4 sessions in a 16-session course) may result in difficulty keeping up with the course content.
