About

This series is not about answers, but about asking better questions — questions that linger long after the day is done. Whether you're a curious student or a silent thinker, you’re invited to pause, reflect, and reason.

What Am I?

We often ask, “Who am I?” — but a deeper question comes first:
“What am I?”

Am I just a body? A mind? A bunch of thoughts? A soul? Or maybe just a story I tell myself?

In this session, we’ll start by looking at the thing we think we know best — ourselves. We’ll explore what identity really means. Are we the same person over time? What makes us us?

If your memories changed, or your body, or your beliefs — would you still be “you”?

Before asking what life means, ask: who is the one living it?

Do I Really Choose?

When you make a decision — big or small — is it truly you deciding?

Are your choices free… or shaped by things you don’t control: your past, your biology, your culture, your fears?

In this session, we’ll explore the idea of free will. Do humans have it? Or is it just a story we tell ourselves to feel in control?

If everything has a cause — including your thoughts — then what does it mean to choose?

Can you be held responsible for something you never really chose?
