About

In this session, we will be covering some fundamental concepts and practice roughly over the concepts from Unit 1 of Khan Academy's Pre-Algebra course. We will learn and brush up concepts about multiples and factors. This session covers some basic concepts for beginners, great for those just starting to learn pre-algebra for the first time. We will end with some fun interactive activities. You may raise your hand using Zoom, or feel free to enter questions into the chat, privately or publicly. If you would like to stay after the session for a few minutes to ask questions privately, that is okay too! If there are any additional questions you have about this unit, you may ask them at the end of the session and I will open the floor to questions during the session as well.

Hello everyone! Currently, I am a junior in high school, and I am excited to learn more while giving back to the community. I have always been passionate about learning math, but I want to exercise that passion towards helping other students as well. I am enrolled in AP Calculus BC this year, and I can currently assist students up to AP Precalculus. I also love learning Spanish in school and am in AP Spanish 5 (AP Spanish Literature) right now. In my free time, I love playing badminton with my family and friends, and I am also quite passionate about computer science, programming, graphic design, computer modeling, design and animation, and technology in general for social impact.
