I'm a junior in high school looking to help anyone who needs help in pre-algebra and learn some new things myself as well! I love to write and binge watch old sitcoms. I also find myself really fascinated with Greek mythology and absolutely LOVE learning new things about it. Moreover, I tutor kids in my local area and it means the world to me when I can be the reason somebody else learns something new :).

I plan on covering the basics of variables and expressions. Here is a list of all the topics I'll be covering: 
(1) What variables and constants are and how to find them in expressions
(2) What expressions are and how we can derive them from word problems 
(3) How to describe different operations in different ways using variables
(4) How to simplify expressions using terms, coefficients, constants and order of operations
(5) Factorization of variables and expressions 
(6) How to solve for variables when one variable is present in an equation

I plan on discussing how to solve problems with two variables and find each variable. This can be done through three different methods, which I will discuss: 
(1) Graphing method
(2) Elimination method 
(3) Substitution method
