About

Hi, my name is Arpit. I have taken these bootcamps before and am kind of experienced. I'm excited to help you prepare for the SAT! I'm passionate about problem-solving and engineering, and I look forward to sharing strategies to help you feel confident and prepared. And apart from just tutoring you, I will also share some of the SAT prep material that I found helpful during my prep and also some tricks to attempt specific questions that I learned. This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can!

I am an 12th grade international student planning for undergraduate degree in the US and I gave the December SAT. I like playing Piano—especially western classical like Beethoven and stuff—and am a huge fan of The Pirates of the Caribbean Franchise, along with many animated movies. I am an enthusiastic gamer, I love playing Call of Duty, GTAs, Asphalt Legends, Clash of Clans, etc. I have a keen interest for knowledge in subjects like recent technologies, scientific discoveries—current and historical—, Current affairs, etc. I had 95% in 10th grade in India. I had a 1440 score in the December 2024 SAT which is my first attempt.!

To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.

We'll start with an orientation to get to know each other. Then, we will work through a shortened practice exam and review questions you'd like to go over. To wrap up the session, we'll go over some testing tips.
