This College Admissions Workshop on The Essay is a virtual 4-week workshop designed to  provide you with structure and support to write your college essays this summer.

In this workshop, you will:
Learn the purpose and the must-dos of the personal statement 
Learn and practice strategies for picking a prompt, brainstorming, drafting, and revising your writing
Understand the role of supplemental questions and strategies for organizing your questions and responses
Work alongside other students who are also preparing to apply to college.

Hello! I'm Ginger and I'm a Psychology major and I'm looking forward to graduating this December with my BA. I look forward to helping you all in subjects such as biology, history, arts, reading, writing, general college prep, and enrichment topics among other things. I'm from Tennessee, and in my free time I enjoy playing the Sims 4 or making jewelry.

Please do not miss more than one session over the four weeks, as that will negatively affect your learning and may also take up a spot from another learner who could have attended every session.

If you reach two unexcused absences, your tutor may remove you from this series.
