Hi everyone! I’m excited to guide you through this Pomodoro Study Session to help boost focus and productivity. I have a strong background in science and math, and I love finding effective study techniques to stay on track. The Pomodoro Technique is a simple yet powerful method that breaks work into focused intervals with short breaks, making studying more efficient and less overwhelming. In this session, we’ll start with a quick introduction to Pomodoro, set up timers, and dive into focused study sprints. We’ll have two 25-minute study sessions, each followed by a 5-minute break to recharge. At the end, we’ll reflect on what worked well and share tips for improving focus. Bring your study materials, set your timer, and let’s get productive together! ⏳📚✨
