About

This course is meant to prepare students for the AP Bio Exam in May (5/5). We will mainly focus on improving time management during MCQs and FRQs. 
﻿
At the beginning of each session, we will spend 15 minutes going through the basics of the unit the questions will be about. Then, we will focus on practicing FRQs and MCQs from that topic. At the end, we will go over the questions together and break down the material as a class.

Most of the sessions are TBD because I want students to share their preferences regarding the structure of the sessions. Topics covered in each lesson will be updated frequently. We will go over the units in order.

Hi! I am a rising senior from MA. I've always loved science and math, and find history interesting too! I love to crochet, knit, and make little crafts for others. I am also fluent in Spanish and trying to learn Chinese. If anyone would prefer me to host a session in Spanish or to help them with their Spanish (mainly reading + speaking) I am happy to help!

We will be covering the AP exam format, timing logistics, FRQ + MCQ strategies, graphs, scientific terminology, and keywords. If time permits, we will go over a FRQ and some MCQs together, analyzing the language and content that will help us answer the questions.
