About

Hi, my name is Ariela 🎀, I am excited to teach you! I have always been very passionate about all things math and don't want it to be a subject that people shy away from! My interests include dance 💃, chorus 🎤, and Science Olympiad 🔭.

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can!

Hi, I’m Ariela! I’m a high school student from New York City with a passion for teaching and a 1500+ SAT score. I’ve led multiple SAT bootcamps and specialize in breaking down tricky grammar and math concepts into clear, step-by-step strategies. Outside of tutoring, I compete in Science Olympiad, conduct environmental research, and sing in a national choir. I love helping others gain confidence, raise their scores, and actually enjoy learning. To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.
