About

Hello, my name is Eric 🙋‍♂️. I am excited to help you with your SAT prep. I scored 1530 on the SAT (740 reading, 790 Math); I hope I can help you score well or improve in the March SAT in these next 4 weeks of this boot camp.

My SAT Math boot camp will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math specifically. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. Problem-solving skills are also key to scoring well on the SAT; everything that we do in this boot camp will help you sharpen those skills 🔪.

Until further notice or circumstances, we will consistently meet each Saturday and Sunday for 75 minutes each. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Collaboration and interactivity are key to success in SAT prep or life in general.

It's also worth noting that cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! I will be checking very carefully in sessions 😈. If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time. The same goes for your microphones.

Welp, I look forward to a successful 4 weeks. If you have any further questions or help, please shoot me a message on Schoolhouse.

Greetings, people. I'm currently a high school junior residing in the state of New Jersey. I hope that I can offer practical help to those struggling with SAT (scored a 1530) prep and math (preferably Algebra 1 and Geometry); I also hope to learn more advanced topics of STEM during my time in SchoolHouse (e.g., Calculus or something). During my free time, I like reading some literature, with 99.9999999% of them being fantasy novels, The Hobbit and Harry Potter being 2 of my favorite books and series. In the past, I have tutored students for the March, April, June SAT.

What you'll do

Review core concepts and test-taking strategies, with a peer tutor who excelled on the SAT.

To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.
