About

Hi! My name is Riya and I'm incredibly excited to help you with the SAT reading and writing section! 
﻿
Throughout the course, you will be completing multiple practice tests and practice questions under the guidance of myself and your peers. These sessions will consist of small groups of about 10 people, so there will be interaction within the group to ensure maximal learning and a personalized lesson plan for each student. Please notify me of any absences you may need and make sure to get them excused beforehand!

Practice and review official full-length SAT® practice tests, including one Bluebook test.

To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.

We'll start with an orientation to get to know each other. Then, we will work through a shortened practice exam and review questions you'd like to go over. To wrap up the session, we'll go over some testing tips.

We will go over some testing strategies for taking the digital SAT and you will have the opportunity to take a full practice test on the Bluebook platform.

You'll have some time to review and reflect on your results from the Bluebook practice exam. Then, we will review questions you'd like to go over and end with group practice of a Focus Skill in the Standard English Conventions Domain.
