About
Are you ready to step into the shoes of a diplomat and dive into global issues? In this session, we’ll explore the exciting world of Model United Nations (MUN)! If you’re new to MUN, don’t worry—it's all about practicing diplomacy, public speaking, and problem-solving as you represent a country to tackle real-world problems. We'll cover the basics of Rules of Procedure (ROP) to help you understand the flow of debate, motions, points, and how to effectively navigate committee discussions. Plus, we’ll dive into how to research your assigned country’s stance on the topics at hand—this means looking at the country’s policies, allies, and past actions. You’ll learn the best ways to gather information, craft solid position papers, and build arguments that make your voice stand out. Whether you're a first-timer or looking to brush up on your MUN skills, this session will give you the confidence to speak, debate, and represent your country like a pro. Let's get ready to make a global impact, one resolution at a time!
