About

Each week, we will go over a topic pertaining to competitive engineering robots. While this series is catered to students competing in the Vex Robotics competition, it is open to anyone in any other competitive engineering programs or people that just want to learn more about how robots are made!

Tutor Qualifications

All tutors have experience in different robotics competitions such as Vex and FRC.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Many of our topics build on previous sessions so missing them would be detrimental to understanding the overall topic.

With that being said, we understand that life happens, so please submit an Excused Absence and DM the tutors so we can send you the material covered that day.

Hello! My name is Dhruv G., and I’m from Texas. I have a strong passion for mathematics, debate, and robotics, which I explore through various activities and competitions. Currently, I am in middle school, where I have had the opportunity to participate in numerous academic tournaments. I have significant experience in speech and debate, actively participating in the National Speech & Debate Association (NSDA). In addition to debate, I am also a member of my school's VEX Robotics team. From this, I have experience in coding, building, and designing. I also love to program. I have made many websites for many of my friends. I specialize in Web Development and I know Python. Right now, I am certified in Pre-Algebra. I am working towards Algebra 1, Geometry, Enrichment and Computer Science.
