About

Hi, my name is Viraj, and I'm here to help prepare you for the SAT! As a 1570 scorer who's taught 4 Bootcamps, I've learned to identify the key concepts that most often come up on test day, as well as the test-taking strategies that can help optimize your score. I hope that, together, we can work towards achieving your goals.

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

I'm a high school student from New York, hoping to spread my passion and knowledge of different subjects to others. I am proficient in fields ranging from math to English to history, and believe that my experience with these subjects, as well as standardized testing, will allow me to help students reach their goals.

Review core concepts and test-taking strategies, with a peer tutor who excelled on the SAT.

Practice and review official full-length SAT® practice tests, including one Bluebook test.

Get personalized support with the most challenging questions and concepts.

Please do not miss more than one session over the four weeks, as that will negatively affect your learning and may also take up a spot from another learner who could have attended every session.

If you reach two unexcused absences, your tutor may remove you from this series.

Note from Schoolhouse: This series has sessions with required attendance. If you need to miss a required session, submit an absence using the "Submit Excused Absence" button on the series page. Multiple unexcused absences may lead to a suspension of your Schoolhouse account.

You'll have some time to review and reflect on your results from the Bluebook practice exam. Then, we will review questions you'd like to go over and end with group practice of two Focus Skills in the Geometry & Trigonometry Domain.
