About

Hi, my name is Glorie and I'm really excited to organized this SAT bootcamp. I am currently a high school senior living in Florida and had a 720 on the English portion of the SAT in addition to currently being enrolled in AP English Literature. I hope to see you soon and will do my best to teach you what has helped me accomplish this score and more so far.

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You'll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it's a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can't have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

I'm Glorie, a senior living in Florida and a Schoolhouse tutor in Reading and Writing. My favorite subjects are languages (I fluently speak French, Haitian Creole and a little bit of Spanish in addition to English), psychology, history and journalism, and in my free time I like to write, paint, play piano or read.

Practice and review official full-length SAT® practice tests, including one Bluebook test.

To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.

You'll have some time to review and reflect on your results from the Bluebook practice exam. Then, we will review questions you'd like to go over and end with group practice of a Focus Skill in the Standard English Conventions Domain.
