About
You do not need any debate experience to take this course! In a week I will walk through the basics of LD debate, from how to form an argument to creating full cases culminating in a camp tournament. Whether you are interested in gaining confidence with public speaking, looking to join a middle or high school debate team, or honing your argumentative writing/speaking skills, this class is for you.
Tutor Qualifications
I've done LD debate for 2 years mostly on local circuits, and attended VBI over 2 summers. I've placed at 13 local tournaments, have been a finalist at 6, have won 4, have won my district two years straight, and have placed 2nd at state.
