About

The goal of this series is to help improve our writing skills in a really fun way! We will meet 2 - 3 times a week for the next month or so. Most of the sessions, we will have a prompt and each of us will have 60 seconds to write about it and then we will share our writing. It's supposed to be a QUICK write, no thinking, just writing! Other writing things we will do: - You have to pitch a really terrible product to us and somehow convince us to buy it - We each write one sentence and then give our writing to someone else to build upon and see the story at the end! - 60 seconds to write about a random thing - Writing a full story (plot, arc, etc.) in under 10 minutes - Generate a random phrase and make a story out of it - Generate a random first/last phrase and our stories have to start/end with the phrase! + A ton more activites we'll do The sessions will be pretty short (20 - 40) minutes long depending on what we are doing that day, it's supposed to a fun way we can come together! **Microphones MUST be on; we will be sharing out stories with each other, etc.**

Let's do a bit more excersizes just like all our other previous classes! One new thing we'll attempt this class will be writing charades! We will have to write dialogue between two objects and then the group tries to figure out what the writer's two objects are.
