About

Hi! My name is Joanne and I'm really excited to help you with the SAT! I'm a perfect scorer on the PSAT and I scored a 710 on the math portion my freshman year. In my most recent SAT practice, I practiced under a testing environment and scored a 790. I'm an upcoming Junior and I'm going to be enrolling in Calculus III next fall. I've hosted bootcamps before and have a substantial amount of experiences tutoring. I'm also going to be taking the August SAT so I would be with you every step of the way! 

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

Hi! I'm a high school student in Michigan and I hope that this would help me to study for my SAT and improve my reading and writing. I also hope that this would help me learn about AP. I'm going to be enrolling in Calculus III this fall. I really enjoy helping others and helping others improve. I play basketball and do track and field. I enjoy reading and weight lifting in my free time.

Please do not miss more than one session over the four weeks, as that will negatively affect your learning and may also take up a spot from another learner who could have attended every session.

If you reach two unexcused absences, your tutor may remove you from this series.

Note from Schoolhouse: This series has sessions with required attendance. If you need to miss a required session, submit an absence using the "Submit Excused Absence" button on the series page. Multiple unexcused absences may lead to a suspension of your Schoolhouse account.

You'll have some time to review and reflect on your results from the Bluebook practice exam. Then, we will review questions you'd like to go over and end with group practice of two Focus Skills in the Geometry & Trigonometry Domain.
