About

We're back! After a year, I'm bringing back the chess series! This series is meant to develop chess skills for students in the 1000 rating range (not for completely new chess players). It's very low stress, we'll just be going over some cool concepts. Though this is not required, I ask that everyone have their cameras on and come ready to participate. The plan for each lesson is that I'm going to teach some concepts for the first half, and then we can play for the second half.

Tutor Qualifications

I've been playing chess for 8 years now, including in numerous national tournaments. I've tutored chess for over three years now, and continued my study of the game even though I've stopped playing tournaments.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

I highly advise attending every session, but it's no big deal if you don't, as most of the material isn't required to understand the material for future lessons.
