About

"Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words."
- Robert Frost
Have you ever found poetry to be beautiful? Intriguing? Difficult to analyse, maybe? Then this course is just for you! Here, we will dive into the realm of poetry and the art of analysing poems and writing your own.
📖 Dive into classics and modern works: to start off, we'll read some poems made by both renowned and newer poets.
🔍 Learning the art of analysis: next, we'll look further and analyse the poem in depth, from the similes and metaphors to the symbolism and meter.
📝 Be a poet!: with the knowledge that you've acquired, you'll be able to write your own poems.
Join me on this journey to create talented poets!

Hey everyone! I'm a freshman, studying in India. I'm here to tutor in Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, and a bit of Chess! Super excited to be here! If you have any questions on these, DM me and we can have a session. ~More about me~ 💭 MBTI: INTP-T (Logician) ⭐ Hobbies: digital art, listening to music, playing the piano, playing Chess, and writing poetry :) 🎨 Poetry and art: I've been writing poetry since February '24, but began releasing it online since May. I just finished 1 series and I'd love to write more. On the other hand, I've been drawing for as long as I can remember (since I was 3, maybe?) and you can find me working on still life sketches in my free time. I got into digital art much later though (in 2022) and have been drawing on my tablet ever since. 🎧 Music: I've been learning the piano since 2018, and I haven't stopped since! Personally, my favorite piece on the piano is Liebesträume No. 3 by Franz Liszt (he's one of my favorite composers, along with Beethoven and Chopin.) But my music taste is more than that! I listen to indie music a lot (Arctic Monkeys, Chase Atlantic, and The Neighbourhood :D) and K-pop (I live, laugh, and love Stray Kids). I also love phin, glaive, Olivia Rodrigo, and Kendrick Lamar :D.
