About

Have you ever wanted to try writing a book? Or have you already written something and just want help polishing it? Or do you want to improve your writing skills over the summer? If so, this is the place for you! In this series, cohosted with Anisa I, we will teach you all about creative writing and how to write good stories. Topics include writing *realistic* dialogue, plot structure, character creation, and everything in between. We will mainly be focusing on fiction, but will include some time to go over and practice writing poetry. There will be plenty of fun activities to help you practice the skills we go over. In the last few sessions, you will even be able to write and get feedback on your own story! Anisa's profile: https://schoolhouse.world/u/42465

Hi guys! I'm a current college freshman studying Computer Science. I've been a part of SHW for a while (almost 2 years!) and primarily tutor SAT prep, AP prep, and math. I enjoy being a little silly goofy in my sessions, so it's guaranteed to be a fun time. Warning: 95% chance of sessions running overtime.
