Series Details

About

This series is an introduction to the marvelous game of chess. It's intended for new players who are looking to learn some basic strategy in the opening, midgame, and endgame. If you have an ELO rating (or chess.com) rating of over 1000, then this course will be mostly a review for you. The first half of this series will go over strategy and the second half will be me reviewing and commentating on your chess games.

Tutor Qualifications

My chess ratings are:

1600 chess.com rapid/blitz

1800 Lichess blitz, 2000 Lichess rapid

I've been playing chess for almost a decade. I've also taken lessons from many experienced chess players so I know the basic structure of a chess camp.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY
