Heera is probably one of the gem tutors I found here at schoolhouse. She was exceptional all throughout the session. She has articulated the problems perfectly by using simple language. I loved how she didn’t use some overly complex words making it way easier for everyone to understand. Not only was she very excellent at explaining, she was also very kind and patient with her learners. Even though one of the learners was drifting away from the correct answer, she has allowed the learner to continue solving on the screen so that she could see the thought process that made the learner come up with the answer and patiently corrected without any hint of judgement. Also, I also loved the fact that whenever a learner would solve on the screen, she would do a quick summarization of how the learner solved it for the other learners present in the session to understand. I think all of her learners have learned so much from the session. She has excellently maneuvered this session and she has successfully fostered an ideal tutoring environment.
