I'm a college sophomore currently pursuing mechanical engineering as my major. I also am interning at Aspire Institute, an organization founded at Harvard University that works to provide a fully funded high-quality leadership program to underserved youth across the world. In addition, I am a Writing Mentor (Teaching Assistant) at my college. I am passionate about STEM and have engaged in informal teaching for several years now by working at my local organization for youth programs and volunteering for nearly 200 hours at the Museum of Science, Boston, amongst other experiences. Through these adventures, I have developed strong mentoring and teaching skills. In addition, I presently have a 4.3 Weighted GPA and have been on the Dean's List in my college. In high school, I was an AP Scholar with Honor and the valedictorian of my class. Furthermore, I am a Scholastic Art & Writing Awards National Silver Medalist and enjoy hosting sessions related to writing as well. Besides writing, I enjoy cooking, reading, and watching movies in my free time. I look forward to seeing you at a session soon! :)
