About
This will be an unconventional session - almost a "live help" of sorts for competition math. Please come with a competition math problem (or problems) you would like help with - and it wouldn't hurt if you work on it by yourself to get familiar with it.
I'm most comfortable with AMC8 to AMC10 level questions, but feel free to come in with any type or difficulty of problem; just remember I cannot guarantee that I will be able to help you most effectively if the problem is rather challenging.
Because I'd like to give each learner lots of time, I've scheduled for a max of 5 learners. Please show up - and unenroll if you can't make it anymore.
Tutor Qualifications
I've participated in many math competitions (AMC8/10, Mathcounts, AIME, etc.), and love to share the joys of problem solving with others! I have taken many AoPS courses and have worked through many of their books. Among my matheletic achievements are:
- scored 24 on the 2020 AMC8
- AIME qualifier (2021, 2022)
- Distinguished Honor Roll on 2021 Fall AMC10B
