What’s the difference between volunteer hours and tutoring hours?
Tutoring hours: all the time you've spent in a session as a tutor with a learner present.
Volunteer hours: tutoring hours in eligible subworlds and topics, as well as hours for all other eligible activities as defined on the Volunteer Hours page and related FAQs.
Are all tutoring hours considered volunteer hours?
No. Volunteer hours include only tutoring hours in eligible subworlds and topics. However, you can still earn tutoring hours in subworlds or topics that aren’t eligible for volunteer hours.
Where can I see my tutoring hours and volunteer hours?
You can view your tutoring hours on your portfolio, your tutoring minutes on your profile, and your volunteer hours on the Volunteer Hours page.
