We're sorry to hear that your learners didn't join your session! Most tutors tend to close out the Zoom room if learners don't join within 15 minutes of the tutor joining the session.

If there's only a few learners in the Zoom room but not all of the registered learners, that's ok! We recommend starting your session no more than 5 minutes after it was scheduled to start so the on-time learners are not kept waiting.

As frustrating as it is, there's really no control over whether learners will attend sessions or not. They each have different commitments so all you can do is be as helpful of a tutor as possible and encourage learners to come to sessions. At the end of the day, it's the learner's responsibility to keep track of their schedule and attend their sessions.
