What if I don't see a follow up email after consent was submitted or requested?

Issue 1: The parent consent form was filled out but the child follow up email has not been received:

  • First, double-check that the email didn't go to spam

  • The email could be getting blocked if a school email address was used

  • The next most common cause is that there was a typo when entering the child's email (see below)

To change the child email, please find the confirmation email you received after completing the parent consent form. From there, you will see a link where you can change the child’s email address and input the correct one.

Issue 2: The child filled out a parent consent request but the parent consent email has not been received:

  • First, double-check that the email didn't go to spam

  • The next most common cause is that there was a typo when entering the parent's email (see below)

To change the parent email, please resubmit the consent request for tutors or for learners
