Do I have to create a Zoom link to host a session/series?

No, you don't need to create a Zoom link yourself! Schoolhouse has a system where we will create the Zoom session for you.

How it works

  • Your Zoom room is created automatically 15 minutes before your session start time.

  • At that point, you’ll see a Start button appear on your series page.

  • Clicking Start opens the Zoom room and begins the session

Hosting a Session/Series

  1. 15 minutes before your session: open your series page

  2. Click on the start button to open your Zoom room

Hosting Live Help

  1. The learner must first request Zoom Help

    1. They can do this by clicking the "Yes, request Zoom help!" box when editing their post,

  2. Click on the "Open Zoom Room" button and follow the instructions on screen
