What if I don't receive an email after I attempt to reset my password?

If you signed up for Schoolhouse by signing in directly with your Google account:
Schoolhouse will not be able to reset your password since you haven't created a password with Schoolhouse. In the future, we are hoping to create a password reset option for Google users. To change your password, please go directly to your Google account and change your associated password.

โ€‹If you signed up for Schoolhouse by signing in using the username/password option:
You can sign out and go to the "Don't remember Your password"? option (shown in the screenshot). If you are still having trouble receiving emails, please contact Chat Support!

If you need to set a password for your account rather than signing in with Google, you will be able to by clicking on "Sign Up" instead of "Sign In" or password reset. As long as it's the same email, it should still connect with your Schoolhouse account.

The image below shows the difference between signing into your Schoolhouse account with your google account and without it. The red circle indicates that you log in with your google account and the black circle indicates that you log in the traditional way.
