The Schoolhouse team receives several requests to sign/verify volunteer hours everyday. To help us complete these in a timely manner, we’d love it if you could complete the following instructions carefully.
Step 1: Sync your volunteer hours
Please click on "Load Recent Activity" on the Volunteer Hours Tracker to ensure all automatically tracked hours are updated. See FAQ here.
Note: We can only verify hours that are reflected on your account, so please complete this step before you submit your request for verification.
Step 2: Identify the type of verification you need:
When you click on the “Report hours” button on the volunteer hours tracker, you will be able to view:

Contact information you may need to complete your school’s volunteer forms
Important
It can take up to 20 business days (4 weeks) for these requests to be processed, so please submit yours ASAP.
Please note that we do not provide verification from external platforms that require us to create a login.
