It depends! A session will typically be peer reviewed if it fits one or more of the following criteria:
It's one of your first few sessions
You've hosted multiple sessions since your last peer review
Not helpful ratings
Low NPS ratings
So, if you do receive a peer review, don't worry! Receiving a peer review doesn't mean that you did something wrong to warrant the review—it's simply a way for you to receive feedback about your sessions from another tutor.
