Why are my volunteer hours not updated even after I've hosted a session?
Volunteer hours for sessions are tracked through the amount of time the tutor has a learner in their Zoom for. If you host a session and no learner joins, you will not have any volunteer hours tracked for that activity. Also, in order to have the volunteer hours show up, you must click "Automatic Sync" on the Volunteer Hours Tracker after hosting the session.
