Why am I unable to start my certification recording?
This may happen for various reasons, so the first thing you want to make sure is that you are using a laptop, personal computer, or desktop for the certification. Devices such as iPads and tablets are incompatible. If the problem still persists, first check your settings in System Preferences to make sure that Google Chrome has permission to access your mic and webcam, and permission to share/record your screen.
