How do I give feedback to a learner as a tutor?

Updated today

When should I give feedback?

We encourage you to give feedback to all of your learners after every session. You will only be able to give feedback for the most recent session in the series. Giving feedback shows learners they are supported- and building a personal connection can make them more likely to come back for future sessions.

How do I give feedback to a learner as a tutor?

  1. Go to your series page.

  2. Navigate to the "Give Feedback" tab.

  3. Find the learner's name.

  4. Choose 'high-five' tags to give your learner (examples: curious, friendly, hardworking, etc.). You can see the label for the tags by hovering over the icons.

  5. Write a personalized comment highlighting a specific 'glow' from the session!

Why am I unable to give feedback to a learner?

  • You will be unable to leave feedback for all registered learners who do not join your session.

  • You cannot provide feedback is if the learner unregisters from your session.

  • If you are hosting a series and a learner withdraws from it, you will not be able to provide them with any feedback

    • This includes the rare instance where the learner joins the session but withdraws from your series afterwards
