What if I don’t have a webcam or am unable to use the certification recording system?

If your computer does not have a webcam or you are unable to use our certification recording system, we have a few alternative options that you can consider.

We HIGHLY recommend choosing the first option to speed up the process of manually uploading your certification!

Our current certification system only supports computers and laptops

Option 1: Zoom Meeting

  1. Create a Zoom meeting and record yourself completing the certification (with your full screen shared and camera on).

  2. Once you're done filming your certification, please reach out to our User Support Team and indicate that you would like to speak to the team.

  3. Upload the recording of the Zoom meeting in the chat. We will process the recording and provide you with further instructions on how to upload your certification request.

Option 2: Two Devices

  1. Use one device to film yourself while completing the certification test and the other to film the certification test (if possible, screen record your computer screen).

  2. Once you're done filming your certification, please reach out to our User Support Team and indicate that you would like to speak to the team.

  3. Send both video files in the chat thread. We will process the recordings and provide you with further instructions on how to upload your certification request.
